medicalcosts.co ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Scout Theory LLC, provides information and referral services connecting people with accredited medical providers abroad. We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to help you.
When you submit a form or email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, general location, the procedure you're interested in, and any message or quote information you share.
Like most websites, our hosting and any analytics tools may automatically log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and pages viewed. This helps us keep the site secure and understand what's useful.

Independent providers. The clinics and partners we connect you with are separate businesses with their own privacy practices. Once you engage directly with a provider, their policies govern how they handle your information.
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to assist you and for reasonable record-keeping, after which we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of further contact. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please avoid sending sensitive medical records through web forms; we'll let you know a secure way to share anything detailed.
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We operate internationally and connect users with providers in Colombia and elsewhere. Your information may be processed in the United States, Colombia, or other countries with different data-protection laws than your own.
